Delete your VUSIC account
VUSIC is an app of Lennovate Inc. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the app.
In the app
- Open VUSIC and sign in.
- Open Settings, Account and security, Delete account.
- Confirm with the 6-digit code we send you, or with Apple or Google.
You cannot sign in or open the app? Write to us from the email address of the account. We ask you to confirm that the account is yours, then we delete it. privacy@vusicapp.com
What happens then
The account is hidden at once, and every device is signed out.
For 30 days you can take the account back: sign in, and we offer to restore it.
After 30 days the account is erased. This cannot be undone.
What is erased
- Your profile, your sign-in methods and your sessions.
- Your posts and uploads, with every file we made of them.
- Your comments, messages, playlists, likes, saves, follows and blocks.
- Your notifications, your recommendations and the contact hashes.
- Your verification requests and their documents.
What is kept
- Plays stay counted without your identity, so that artists are paid for them.
- Records the law asks us to keep: contracts and payout records, subscriptions, and copyright notices.
