DMCA and copyright notices

VUSIC respects the rights of creators. If you believe content on VUSIC infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the form below or by email to our designated agent. We act on valid notices promptly, usually within one business day.
What happens after you submit
1. We verify the notice is complete under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). 2. The content is taken down and the uploader is notified with a copy of the notice. 3. The uploader may file a counter-notice; if they do, we forward it to you and restore the content after 10–14 business days unless you tell us you have filed a court action. 4. Each valid notice counts as a strike; three strikes terminate the account.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@vusicapp.com including: your name, address and phone number; identification of the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or the courts of Lennovate's registered office if outside the US); and your physical or electronic signature.
