Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VUSIC apps, website and services (the "Service") operated by Lennovate Inc. ("VUSIC", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use VUSIC. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings; deletion is processed within 30 days.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the music, video, images and text you upload ("User Content"). You grant VUSIC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, stream, display and distribute your User Content within the Service and to make it available to other users, for as long as it remains on VUSIC.
You may only upload content that you own or are authorised to distribute. Uploads are fingerprinted at ingestion; content matching a registered work may be claimed by its rights holder or removed.
3. Community rules
Do not upload content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates others. Do not spam, scrape or attempt to interfere with the Service.
You can report content or block users from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Copyright and repeat infringers
We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA and equivalent laws. Accounts that receive three valid strikes are terminated. See our DMCA page for how to submit a notice or a counter-notice.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription billed through the App Store, Google Play or our web checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store settings. Refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased from.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUSIC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: legal@vusicapp.com.
