DMCA counter-notice

17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)

If your upload was removed after a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice. We forward it to the claimant right away. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the content and remove the strike from your account.

Why the removal was a mistake (optional)

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or, if my address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which VUSIC / Lennovate Inc. may be found), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person.

I understand that my counter-notice, including my name, address and e-mail, will be forwarded to the claimant, and that the content is restored only if they do not file a court action within 10 business days.
